Visual production for real estate projects
Visual production for real estate projects is the difference between a unit that is listed and a unit that is desired. Buyers compare your project's images against competitors' before they compare prices — and a dull photograph of an excellent unit sells it at an ordinary unit's price. We produce your stills and films to standards that show the finishes as they deserve: considered on-site photography, drone footage that places the project in its city, and a promotional film that does the job of selling, not decorating.
What problem does this service solve?
A developer builds with luxury finishes then photographs them on the supervisor's phone — more common than you'd think. A unit that cost hundreds of thousands to finish appears in the ad under yellow light, tilted angles and shadows that swallow the detail, and the buyer scrolls past it like dozens of identical ads. To someone who hasn't visited yet, the image is the product.
The second problem is scattered production: one photographer for stills, a company for video, an office for the boards — each with their own taste and grading, so the project ends up with three visual personalities. We produce the whole system in one image language drawn from the project's identity, so every asset compounds on the last instead of starting from zero.
Third: production that doesn't plan for publishing channels wastes itself. A gorgeous horizontal shot doesn't work in a Snapchat story; a three-minute film goes unwatched as an ad. We shoot from day one against a deliverables list derived from the campaign plan — each channel with its format and duration.
And there is a fourth, quieter loss: content not shot in its moment can never be recovered. The first concrete pour, the delegation's visit, the day the structure topped out — scenes the project's story is built from, and whoever misses them today won't find them tomorrow at any budget. So we set a continuous documentation calendar, not scattered sessions, and your library accumulates week by week.
How we work
- 01
The production plan
Before booking any camera: which channels will publish these assets? Which sales phases are coming? From this we write a specific shot and deliverables list — how many stills, how many films, in what formats and lengths, for what purpose.
- 02
On-site photography
We shoot units with controlled light and angles that show spaces truthfully — impressive without deception, because a buyer misled by the photo bounces at the visit and loses trust. Golden hours for façades, dusk for exteriors, and the agreed shot list so no space or feature is forgotten.
- 03
Drone footage
The drone answers the buyer's first question: where exactly is this project? Aerials showing proximity to main roads, schools and services, with full regulatory permits that we obtain ourselves — that administrative burden never lands on you.
- 04
The promotional film
A hero film telling the project's story for long platforms and the sales gallery screen, from which we cut short versions sized for every platform — each built to work without sound, with clear text in the first three seconds.
- 05
Grading and delivery
Unified colour grading in the project's image language, and organised delivery in every usage format: print resolution for boards, compressed web formats, and each social platform's sizes. A ready library your team pulls from at will.
What you receive
A complete visual library for the project, not files scattered in a download link: every asset labelled by name and usage format, so your team — and whoever comes after them — finds what they need without asking anyone:
- A written production list derived from the marketing plan
- Professional on-site photography of units, amenities and finishes
- Aerial drone footage under full regulatory permits
- A hero promotional film plus short versions for every platform
- Unified colour grading in the project's image language
- A classified library in print, web and social formats
- A proposed monthly documentation calendar for coming construction phases
Common questions about real estate production
The project is still under construction — what do we shoot?
Construction itself is trust-building content: visible progress reassures off-plan buyers more than any promise. We fill the gap with 3D visualisation for unfinished units — see the CGI service below, and our article comparing the two.
Is one shoot enough for the whole project?
Rarely. The project changes: finishes complete, landscaping greens, amenities open. We usually plan one large foundational session plus smaller update sessions at key milestones — so your advertising materials age with the real project, not with the first shoot.
Who owns the rights to the photos and films?
You do — fully and unconditionally. Use them on any channel for any duration, and hand them to anyone you work with later. We only retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Do you cover projects outside Riyadh?
Yes — we cover the Kingdom's main cities, and coordinate the schedule with your site team to reduce travel days and their cost. Tell us the project's location and we'll give you a clear plan and price.
Do you also produce ongoing monthly content for the accounts?
Yes — after the foundational library we propose a monthly calendar combining progress footage and account content in regular, pre-scheduled production visits. Regular production is cheaper than scattered requests: one planned visit yields two weeks of material instead of an emergency call-out per post.
