3D visualisation for real estate projects

3D visualisation for real estate projects is the first tool of off-plan selling: no buyer puts down a deposit for an engineering drawing they can't read — they pay for a home they can picture their family in. We produce exterior and interior CGI scenes and virtual tours with a realism that makes the unbuilt unit believable — and an honesty that makes the actual handover match what the buyer was promised, so trust never rebounds against you at delivery.

What problem does this service solve?

Off-plan selling asks the buyer for a hard decision: pay today, receive in two years something you've never seen. Engineering drawings convince only engineers, and cheap 3D renders — with their plastic skies and copy-pasted trees — do the exact opposite: they make the buyer feel the project itself is cheap.

The second problem is the gap between render and handover. Exaggerated scenes sell today and manufacture a crisis at delivery: a buyer compares their home to the image they bought with and finds a difference worth complaining about. We hold to disciplined realism — the project at its honest best: real finish materials, true dimensions, lighting that is actually achievable.

Third: many developers buy beautiful scenes divorced from marketing — renders fit for a picture frame, not a campaign. Our scenes are produced against a list derived from the sales plan: which units sell first, which advantages need emphasis, which channels will show them and at what sizes.

And note an opportunity many developers miss: CGI is not only for campaigns. The virtual tour itself becomes the sales team's daily tool — an agent opens it on a WhatsApp call with an out-of-town buyer, the office walks a visitor through two models side by side, and embedded in the project site it works as a silent agent around the clock. One scene is produced once and sells in ten places.

How we work

  1. 01

    Receiving plans and specifications

We start from the engineer's files: architectural drawings, finish schedules, façade materials. Every element in the final scene traces back to these files — from tile colour to wall height — which is what makes the render an accountable sales document, not just a pretty picture.

  2. 02

    Exterior scenes

We build façades and the master site under studied natural light at the hour that shows the project at its best, within the real neighbourhood context — streets, neighbours, and the human scale of passers-by and cars — not an isolated void that gives itself away.

  3. 03

    Interior scenes

We furnish units to the buyer segment's actual taste — not furniture imported from a stock European library. The goal is that buyers step into the image and find themselves living there, with true furniture dimensions that show spaces honestly.

  4. 04

    The virtual tour

An interactive walkthrough buyers navigate themselves — in the sales gallery or on their phone anywhere. It runs in an ordinary browser with no apps or headsets, and embeds in the project site, its campaigns, and the sales team's WhatsApp messages.

  5. 05

    Delivery in usage formats

Scenes at print resolution for outdoor boards and web formats for campaigns, the tour as an embed-ready link. Any later change to finishes or colours is updated at the source for an amendment's cost, not a new production's.

What you receive

A complete off-plan selling kit, ready for booking-open day: from the roadside board that catches the first glance to the tour that settles the final hesitation in the sales gallery:

  • Exterior scenes of façades and master site at print resolution
  • Furnished interior scenes for every unit model
  • An interactive virtual tour that runs in the browser
  • Composited aerial shots placing the project in its district
  • Versions sized for campaigns, boards and social
  • Source files retained for low-cost future updates
  • An interactive sales-gallery display on request

Common questions about real estate CGI

What's the difference between CGI and real photography — when do I need each?

A simple rule: what isn't built yet needs CGI; what's complete deserves real photography. Most projects need both in sequence — renders sell the plan, then photography documents progress and renews trust. We compared them fully in a dedicated article.

How long do CGI scenes for a residential project take?

It depends on scene count and detail level: one exterior differs from a programme of façades, interiors and a tour. After receiving the drawings we give you a staged timeline — and the work usually runs parallel to pre-launch preparations, delaying nothing.

Are scenes updated if finishes change?

Yes — that's the point of retaining source files: changing a façade material or interior colour is executed at a limited amendment cost, not a re-production. We deliver your scenes and keep a source copy ready for updates across the project's life.

Do the scenes commit to what will actually be delivered?

That is a condition of our work, not an option: every material and colour in the scene traces to the signed finish schedules. Exaggeration sells once and costs you your reputation at handover — and we are a partner in your long-term result, not a picture vendor.

We need an interactive display for the sales gallery — is that included?

Yes — we build interactive displays for gallery screens showing the master plan and letting visitors move between available units by status. It's a natural extension of the same project files the scenes and tour were built from, so you don't pay for a from-scratch build for each tool.
